Search the questions buyers, clients and builders ask most. Support answers the rest on weekdays.
Create an account or log in first. Then the upload takes three steps: upload your automation, add the details, and send it in for review.
The curation team usually reviews an automation within 1 to 3 business days. You get an email with the decision and any feedback.
It has to be original, work as described and be useful. Add clear documentation, keep out malware and harmful code, and follow the Terms of Service. Well-documented submissions get reviewed faster.
Buyers pay through Stripe. On an automation sale the platform keeps 15% and pays the other 85% to you. Payouts run monthly, for all sales from the previous month.
Not yourself, for now. Email support with the change and the team updates it for you.
You pay a 4% service fee, capped at €20 on orders over €500. On a fixed-price or monthly order under €50 the fee is €1.50 plus 3.5% instead. The expert pays 10% of the order, or 8% on orders over €500. On a €200 service you pay €208 and the expert receives €180.
Your payment is held in escrow until you approve the delivered work. The expert gets paid only after you confirm. If you disagree about the work, support helps mediate.
n8n and Make are automation apps. A listing here is a ready-made set of steps for one of them: you import it into your own account, connect the apps it uses, and it runs there. Each has its own plans and prices on n8n.io and make.com. Rather not do it yourself? Ask the creator or an expert to set it up.
An automation runs the same steps every time, on a schedule or when something comes in. An AI agent gets a task and works out the steps itself. An AI skill teaches the AI assistant you already use, like Claude or ChatGPT, how to do one task. Every card on the marketplace shows which one you are looking at.
Download the skill as a zip file and upload it under Skills in your Claude or ChatGPT account. Then ask for the task in a normal chat: the assistant uses the skill when your request fits it. In Claude, switch on code execution in the settings first. Rather not do it yourself? Ask the creator or an expert to set it up.
Email support@theneworder.ai with the listing and what goes wrong. Refunds and defects are covered in the Terms of Service.
The Terms of Service describe the licence you get with a purchase. Ask support before you buy if your case isn't clear from them.
