The workflow catches deals from your Gmail inbox and your public submission form, lets OpenAI extract and score them on five investment criteria, and pings the right Telegram channel based on the verdict so PASS deals get attention while REJECTS still get logged.
Two intake paths feed into a single screening engine. Incoming emails and webhook submissions are normalized into the same shape, then GPT-4o-mini extracts structured deal data (company, stage, revenue, ask, team, red flags). A second GPT call scores the deal on industry fit, revenue stage, growth trajectory, team strength, and deal clarity, assigns a verdict (PASS 7.5+, REVIEW 5 to 7.4, REJECT under 5), and routes to the matching Telegram alert. Every deal, regardless of verdict, lands in a Google Sheets pipeline for tracking.
